just a saturday morning

hi everybody, if is that there is someone reading it. i hope so, idk. well i know i have been apart from this, but i have been busy kinda.. well not really, im on vacations, i have had 3 weeks or change of semester vacations and i could say that i have been absolutely nothing or smt.

Here I go, well I created my page on facebook about the things i do: stationery and that stuff, which i completely love! it just drives me crazy i cant help it. the colors, the textures, idk everything!! haha…  right now I was just watching tv, a show about scrapbook cards ( Iloved it),i also plan to do it someday.

yesterday i baked! yes, i did. cause i also love the kitchen, i made a pie with my mom, it wasnt the delicious pay but it was very good. i should stop eating baked things, dont you think?

right now im looking for new ideas for my business: lamps! good idea, right? or what do you think stranger? i wanna know… im very excited about it.

Descubrimiento del dia :)

Después de un largooo dia de compras, llegué a casa y me sente en frente de mi laptop como suelo hacer, hehe… pero el dia de hoy descubri algo que me encanta y me fascina: PIÑA COLADA, casualmente encontre la receta para hacer y es increiblemente facil con un sabor super delicioso.. aqui dejo la receta:

Ingredientes

1 lata (12 fl. oz.) de leche evaporada NESTLÉ CARNATION Evaporated Milk

1 lata (14 oz.) de crema de coco

1 taza jugo de piña

1 cucharada de extracto de ron, (opcional)*

6 tazas de cubitos de hielo, divididas

1 trozos de piña, cerezas al marrasquino (opcional)

Instrucciones

COLOCA la leche evaporada, la crema de coco, el jugo de piña y el extracto de ron en la licuadora y tapa. Licúa hasta mezclar uniformemente. Vierte la mezcla en una jarra y refrigera hasta que estés lista para servirla.

PARA SERVIR: Coloca la mitad de la bebida y 3 tazas de hielo en la licuadora. Tapa y licúa hasta que quede homogénea. Vierte en los vasos. Repite el proceso con la bebida y el hielo restantes. Decora los vasos con los trozos de piña y las cerezas al marrasquino.

* NOTA: el extracto de ron puede ser sustituido por 2 cucharadas de ron.
